Reports to: Warehouse Team Leader
Accountable to: Picking, Pre-Assembly

Purpose of Role:

We are looking for another safe and efficient member for our friendly warehouse team. You will work as part of a small team to manage unloading and put-aways, replenishment and stock rotations as required. You’ll also help keep the warehouse areas safe, clean and organised.

You may also work to QC check the goods in, and process returned goods, and to manage quarantined goods. Basic IT skills are an advantage, but all training will be provided.

This includes obtaining and maintaining a valid reach truck licence.

Main responsibilities

• Must hold Full UK Driving Licence
• Check picking bin levels in Production room and refill when required
• Liaise immediately with the Production, Sales and Dispatch departments regarding all stock issues
• Receive deliveries, and maintain electronic records in SAP
• Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
• Move and stack materials
• Deliver/collect parts occasionally as required using company vehicle
• Use reach truck to move pallets around as and when required
• Keep warehouse and work area tidy and organised
• Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults or wear and tear
• Monitor work area stock levels
• Carrying out simple quality checks
• Keep work area tidy and organised
Hours: 8.00am to 4.45pm Monday – Thursday and 8.00am to 4.15p.m on Friday.

Salary £24,500 per annum plus 5% performance related bonus
