Customer Relations Advisor – Remote
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business support provider that delivers essential services to organisations across the UK. Their offerings include health and safety risk assessments, business continuity planning, disaster recovery strategies, and bespoke training programmes. As a Customer Relations Advisor, you’ll play a key role in engaging with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to services that help their businesses stay safe, compliant, and resilient. This role could suit a first or second jobber looking to build a career in client services, sales, or business development.

Duties will include:

Contacting new and existing clients to understand their business needs
Promoting a range of services including risk assessments, continuity planning, and training
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities to offer additional support or services
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

About you:

Confident, friendly communicator with a proactive attitude
Organised and eager to learn
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role is a plus, but not essential
Interest in business services, compliance is desirable
