Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations
* Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to high standards
* Maintain health & safety compliance across the site
* Assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

Requirements:
✅Experience of managing large-scale housing projects
✅ Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
