FULL TIME PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK REQUIRED. (POSTCODE CT15 7JG)

Intumescent Systems Ltd (Envirograf) Barfrestone, Nr Dover, Kent requires a fully experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for their busy purchasing to start immediately.
Must be fully conversant with Microsoft programs and computers in general. Would be using in house accounting & stock control system, also have a good communication skill as would be dealing with some suppliers and staff within the workplace.
Daily duties include the following:
• Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices
• Post ledger invoices on to the in-house system
• Checking purchase orders against good received notes
• Posting and allocating cash to the ledger
• Allocating invoices on to the system
• Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made
• Prepare payment runs

On occasion placing orders with stationary supplier, maintaining stock levels for office consumables.
Credit card reconciliations
Maintaining filing system within the purchase ledger dept.

Hours of Work: 08.30am - 5.30pm
Workplace Pension
28 days holiday per annum (this includes all bank holidays)

Salary to be discussed at interview

YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE COMPANY (no public transport serves the village)
