Brand new vacancy – Joining an award-winning creative sector company, with in-demand products sold throughout UK and internationally.

Working from fantastic Tunbridge Wells offices – accessible easily by train bus and car!

You will be part of a collaborative and welcoming team environment, responsible for the management of sales processes and delivery of excellent service to new and existing clients. Day-to-day, your role will encompass:-
Researching and approaching potential new clients via phone, email and at events;
Receiving new enquiries and recommendations / referrals;
Conducting consultations with clients, providing product information and identifying their needs;
Producing proposals and quotations to meet client needs;
Processing orders and assisting logistics planning;
Ongoing account management, such as after-sales care, conducting account reviews and developing relationships through up & cross selling;
Researching and attending trade shows and industry events;
Supporting Marketing efforts through assisting to develop content and work in combination with Marketing team.
