🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor CCTV and conduct regular site patrols
* Control entrance and exit barriers
* Record and monitor all vehicle movements
* Assist customers and intervene when necessary
* Manage vehicle parking to optimise space
* Process customer payments and update records
* Welcome customers and visitors professionally
* Carry out any additional tasks as directed by management

* Previous experience is not essential but would be an advantage.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
