We’re excited to be working with a highly respected, premium international service provider within a niche creative and production industry, known for delivering bespoke products to an impressive international client base.
Their clients include luxury hospitality brands, high-end events for brand promotions, and globally recognised businesses, and due to continued growth, they are now looking for a driven and personable Sales Development Executive to join their team.

What makes this role different?
This is not a typical desk-based sales role. The position offers a great mix of office-based work, networking, and industry events, giving you the chance to build genuine relationships with clients and become a key part of a growing outbound commercial team.
You’ll play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, opening doors with potential clients, and building the foundations for long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
Research and approach potential clients within premium commercial sectors
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the business
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers
Develop and manage a pipeline of new business leads
Work closely with the internal team to support the conversion of opportunities into long-term partnerships
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is confident, motivated, and naturally great with people. Someone who enjoys meeting new contacts, building relationships, and spotting opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation – ideal but not essential
Ideally experience in a similar commercial, creative, or production-led industry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence attending events and engaging with potential clients
A proactive and driven mindset
Full UK driving licence (required for travel to meetings and networking events)
