Immediate start office based role!

Join a friendly outbound calling team and receive full training in this junior office role, perfect for those with great customer service skills and eagerness to build their professional career.

In this role you will make calls to our client's members and supporters, updating information and softly upselling options. You'll complete important administration via inhouse system and ensure GDPR compliance at all times.

Full training will be provided in this role, and will stand you in good stead to be an effective administrator and even sales person should you choose it. Ideally you will have customer service experience, and should be confident in making calls with a good telephone manner. You'll need a good standard of written and spoken English - everything else can be taught!

This is a great opportunity to build valuable experience and to start out in a wonderful, supportive environment. Hours are Monday - Friday with some Saturdays.
