Working alongside a friendly and knowledgeable team of Property Managers, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of residential properties and ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a first-class service.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing landlord and tenant enquiries via telephone and email
Conducting property inspections and site visits to ensure properties remain safe, compliant and well maintained
Preparing reports, correspondence and property documentation
Ensuring all properties comply with current legislation and regulatory requirements
Coordinating maintenance issues and liaising with contractors where required

Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience in residential property management, or lettings with a desire to move into property management
Possess a strong understanding of the residential property sector
Be highly organised with excellent communication skills
Be based within a commutable distance of Tunbridge Wells and able to attend the office regularly
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred)
