Are you an experienced media sales professional who thrives on building long-term relationships rather than chasing quick wins?

During your first six months, you'll focus on developing your client portfolio through proactive outreach to both new and existing customers. You'll be given the autonomy to build your desk without being constrained by an overly rigid KPI structure, allowing you to concentrate on creating meaningful business relationships rather than delivering results straight away.
Experience within media sales is beneficial, however if you are a proactive salesperson then this could be a great step for you. If you have experience building relationships and driving business forward then this could be a great step for you.

We're looking for a proactive and personable sales professional who enjoys engaging with clients both over the phone and face-to-face, building strong and lasting relationships.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
- Excellent earning potential, uncapped commission with most team members achieving around £12,000 in additional commission in their first year
