Manual, Horizontal Borer required to use Tos W100 Borers
All machines with Full Digital Axis readout.

Job involves working to co ordinates, boring holes with Wolhaupter Boring Heads, Milling, Drilling and Tapping.

Good measurement skills using bore micrometres
Be able to interpret drawings either 2D or 3D.

Should have had minimum of 5 years experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 /year.

General machining, normally 1 to 3 offs.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications.
Should have 5 years experience with Manual Boring Machines.

Manufacturing small 1 to 5 off batches, castings in cast iron or aluminium or welded fabrications.

Components for the automotive & agricultural sectors
39 hours per week, day shift only with option to do plenty of overtime.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience with Boring machines, preferably apprenticed trained with experience setting up workpieces for finish machining.
