We’re working with a well-established and highly experienced property company in the heart of Eastbourne who are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either block management or residential property management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and take on greater responsibility.

You’ll play a key role within the business, managing a team of Property Managers while continuing to oversee your own portfolio and day-to-day property management responsibilities.

You’ll also be responsible for:

- Managing, supporting and developing a team of Property Managers
- Training and mentoring new members of staff
- Overseeing property portfolios and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Conducting property inspections and site visits
- Carrying out check-ins and ensuring properties are managed to a high standard
- Dealing with day-to-day property management issues and ensuring they are resolved efficiently
- Working closely with an experienced team to deliver a high level of service
