The Role

As a Production Associate, you'll be an important part of the manufacturing team, helping to make sure products are produced safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

You'll be hands-on and involved in a variety of tasks, including preparing materials, operating machinery, packing finished products and keeping the production area clean and organised.

It's a role where **attention to detail, reliability and a great attitude really matter** – and where your hard work can lead to genuine opportunities to progress.

What You'll Be Doing

* Weighing and preparing materials accurately for production.
* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
* Hand-packing and labelling finished products.
* Carrying out tasks in line with quality and production standards.
* Keeping your work area clean, tidy and well organised.
* Following all health & safety, quality and production procedures.
* Working collaboratively with the wider production team to keep things running smoothly.
