A full driving licence is essential due to the location and working hours. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a friendly, professional and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their skills and progress within a well-established business.
Full training will be provided. You’ll learn a range of production techniques and processes while working alongside an experienced team in a positive and welcoming environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations, learning new production techniques and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, organised and punctual.
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Practical, hardworking and committed.
• Able to manage time effectively and follow instructions.
• Looking to develop a long-term career within manufacturing.

Hours & Benefits

• £30,500 per annum
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday — no weekends
• Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
