• Detail-Oriented: You possess a high degree of accuracy and
love bringing order to data.
• A Natural Communicator: You have excellent people skills, high
standards of spoken/written English, and the ability to explain
financial matters clearly to non finance colleagues.

Experience with Xero and EPOS systems is highly preferred
(though we will gladly train the right person).
• Proactive & Adaptable: You are a quick learner, comfortable
using your initiative, and happy to get stuck into whatever needs doing to support the charity's aims.
• Qualifications: AAT Level 2 is an advantage, but we place equal
value on solid, practical experience in a similar finance role.
• Values-Driven: You understand the sensitive nature of hospice
work and share our commitment to compassion and community.
• Mobile: A current valid driving licence and use of your own car is required to occasionally connect with our local shops.
To support this exciting growth, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive Finance Administrator. This is a pivotal role working side-by-side with our Financial Controller.
You won't just be crunching numbers; you will be a vital bridge between finance and our energetic Retail Team, helping to ensure our shops run seamlessly. If you have an eagle eye
