Joining an innovative and forward-thinking practice environment, this vacancy plays a key role in the delivery of a portfolio of a variety of both residential and commercial projects (including high-end and high-value).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on leadership responsibility, bring ideas and make the role their own. Daily, it might involve:- client interfacing (briefings and progress / sign off meetings), project oversight through both the design and technical RIBA stages, contractor/subcontractor management, and more.
You will have control and leadership of the design, feasibility, coordination and build of projects in London and the South East, from start to completion, providing guidance to junior team members, advice to clients, budget control, and external liaison.
Duties would include:
• Leading projects through all design stages
• Acting as a key point of contact, managing briefs and proposals
• Coordinating with external teams
• Offering technical guidance integral internal support
• Manage projects till the end, contributing to the success of the practice
• Giving new ideas to enhance performance
We are keen to hear from talented architectural professionals who have the confidence and experience to lead projects and build strong client relationships.
You would ideally bring experience managing and delivering architectural projects, strong client facing communication skills, and proactive approach!

For success in this role, you will need to have a driving licence, proficiency with REVIT and transferrable skills with project management and client meetings. Any qualification background considered.
