Expanding their team, this is a role focused on the technical delivery and construction phases of commercial, residential and specialist projects.

Duties may include:
• Producing detailed drawings for projects using Revit
• Technical design
• Preparing design and technical documents, ensuring compliance to UK building regulations
• Reviewing and signing off design and technical files, ensuring adherence
• Material and specification selection, tender documentation, and project support
• Occasional site visits
• Organising all related documentation for projects
• Liaising with internal and external partners through construction phases

£33-40,000 dependig on experience
