Your new role
Hays Social Care are looking for committed and compassionate residential support workers ready to make a positive impact on an amazing group of people. You will be working alongside an amazing group of people as well as having that all-important work/life balance with 35 hours per week, term-time only, meaning school holidays off and the opportunity to work overtime.

Experience in the care sector is desirable to the role as well as having your own transport due to the location.
