Your new role
Hays Social Care are looking for committed and compassionate residential support workers ready to make a positive impact on an amazing group of people. Every day is an adventure for you and the children as no two days are the same. This isn't just a job, it is an experience and a career! You will be working alongside an amazing group of people as well as having that all-important work/life balance with 35 hours per week, term-time only, meaning school holidays off and the opportunity to work overtime.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will offer you longevity, progression and the opportunity to grow and further your career within the school. You will be eligible to great staff benefits, paid a competitive salary based on your experience as well as a DBS Certificate covered by Hays Social Care. Experience in the care sector is desirable to the role as well as having your own transport due to the location.
