Your new role
This is an interesting and varied role for an experienced Building Surveyor wanting to become involved in working for a very successful multi-disciplinary professional design consultancy. The role is working within one of our Building Surveying Teams on public sector housing projects from inception to completion. This is an excellent role for a candidate wishing to progress within a successful business, within a truly collaborative environment. You will implement and manage the following company policies in relation to the technical team, Business Strategy, Financial Management, Technical Management and Marketing Strategy. You will build long term relationships with Clients by delivering excellent service and have full management responsibility of the technical team.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have good traditional building surveying skills and experience, strong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients, contractors and other professionals working within an existing team. You will need to be a Chartered Surveyor with proven track record of performing in a building surveying role, particularly related to Public Sector Housing. You will be from a fully technical background and have up to date contract knowledge. Senior management experience is essential.
