Temporary Administrator with Education Experience
Mid Kent
£9 - £11 per hour
Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator to start work in an exciting start up business based in Mid Kent.
Our client are looking for an entrepreneurial, outgoing and driven administrator to start work ASAP on a temporary to permanent basis in their new vibrant offices in Maidstone, Kent.
Duties
* Contact client via telephone and email
* General office administration duties as and when required
* Research via internet on particular areas of the business to aid your work.
* Work with your colleagues to help achieve common goals and help the business wherever possible.
* Take responsibility for ensuring that high standards of customer service and delivery are met at all times.
What we are looking for:
* Previous education experience is desirable
* Experience using Xero desirable
* Previous experience working on Microsoft office
* Previous admin experience is essential
* A great personality is essential!
* Be willing to support others
* Self starting mentality
