Exciting opportunity for full time lettings negotiator required to join an established and long standing independent lettings agents cover the Sandwich and Deal. area We are looking for someone with experience in the residential lettings world.

You will have experience of working as a Lettings Negotiator previously however, the right person for the team will be more important than the years of experience.

The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication skills with your own transport. The office manages a mainly residential properties with some commercial and you will be managing your time by dealing with customers, taking on properties, arranging and carrying out viewings and following up enquiries whilst ensuring you are following the guidance set out to ensure you stay safe in the present climate.

Great hours of work are on offer, Monday to Friday, 9-5pm with a competitive salary, you will also benefit from a team/office commission structure. No Bank Holiday working, 20 + 8 days holiday, a parking permit and a chance to join a fantastic team.
