Exciting opportunity to join a busy and growing company based in London. You will be an experienced HR professional with strong generalist skills looking to work part time. Initially the role will be based at home but will then be based in central London with travel to other UK sites

Duties

- Supporting the Head of HR with day to day running of the department
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- Handling all employee relations case work (including conducting investigations, disciplinary meetings, drafting letters)
- Responsible for management of the absenteeism across the company, including occupational health referrals as applicable
- Supporting the delivery of a high-quality end to end recruitment service across the organization
- Providing advice, support and guidance to managers on HR policies and processes
- HR System administration
- Producing HR correspondence and documentation
- Working closely with the HR Coordinator to ensure all onboarding and offboarding processes are completed efficiently
- Supporting the Head of HR with TUPE consultations, redundancies and new staff onboarding
- Other ad hoc duties

Working 3 days a week

Salary £35 - £40,000 FTE
