Exciting opportunity to join an established and successful business based in Kent who are looking for a Head of HR to cover a maternity contract. You will be an experienced HR professional with experience of managing an HR Team and dealing with TUPE. Experience of having worked in a manufacturing, construction or 24/7 company would be a distinct advantage.
Duties
- Leading the HR function and delivering high level HR to the business
- Leading the HR team with responsibility for ensure all aspects of HR within the business are fully compliant
- Supporting the HRD in workforce development plans and analysing resource and talent needs
- Dealing with TUPE
- Formulating an annual training plan
- Dealing with HR projects
- Working closely with stakeholders and senior management
Must be hands on, flexible and have a can do and hands on approach
Salary - £45, 000 - £50,000 depending on experience
