Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Estate Agency brand and due to further growth and expansion within the business, our client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join the team in Medway.
Key duties
• Primarily managing the sales pipeline
• Liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale and ensuring that all parties in the chain are kept updated and are aware of required timescales
• Dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Advisors, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors
• Providing a first-class service to clients from start to finish
• Administration work as and when required
Candidate
• Demonstratable experience within sales progression
• A working understanding of the conveyancing protocol will be imperative
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
• Excellent communication skills
Package
• Monday – Friday role
• Basic salary c£20,000 depending on experience + commission
