Senior Sales Negotiator/Listing Negotiator
You must have a full UK driving licence to apply for this role.
We are recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Listing Negotiator to join the team in our branch, financial package offered will be dependent on previous experience.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations which will hopefully lead to instruct properties, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
Our ideal candidate:
• Must have experience in Estate Agency and preferably has previous listing experience, although this is not essential and training will be provided if not.
• Able to prove a track record in generating new business
• Positive, driven & good customer service skills
• A Full UK driving licence holder
