We are looking for experienced, mature, flexible assistants for our busy Poolside Snack Bar & Rivers Restaurant. Ideally we would like people that can hit the ground running and learn fast, comfortable & experienced in all aspects of front of house including greeting & seating customers, taking orders & delivering food and beverages to the tables and serving behind the bar, as well as assisting in our busy Rivers Restaurant in which we hold weddings, lunch meetings, parties, dinner functions and celebration of life events.
Must have a minimum of one years proven experience within a similar role, work well in a team and have a flexible, hands on approach. You must also be well presented, have excellent communication skills, be organised and calm under pressure.
Own transport essential due to slightly rural location.
