We are a successful, independent, whole-of-market mortgage broker in Tunbridge Wells, providing expert independent mortgage advice for everyone from first time buyers to those looking to re-mortgage, through to experienced buy-to-let landlords and businesses looking to fund commercial properties. Leads are generated via word-of-mouth and professional connections in the local area.

The Role

Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit a Mortgage Broker to help us cope with the number of leads we’re receiving. You won’t need to generate your own leads as we have plenty of clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- dealing with telephone / email enquiries / correspondence
- maintaining client files / customer database
- raising invoices
- liaising with mortgage lenders, estate agents, solicitors and clients during the processing of a new mortgage application
- communicating clearly with all parties and providing regular progress updates
- mortgage research and applications

The Person

We’re looking for someone experienced and professional. Some of the leads we receive are complex in nature and require a confident broker to deal with them. You will also have:
- a high standard of customer service
- time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- basic IT skills
- the ability to take initiative and to work on your own
- a positive and friendly attitude

Skills and experience required:
- experience in a similar role
- customer service experience
- advanced understanding of mortgage and protection Insurance

Hours

• Monday to Friday, flexi hours. No requirement to work weekends or evenings.

Work from home. OTE £50k+
