I am working with a growing business in Hythe who are looking for a dynamic and pro active person to join their growing team.
The purpose of the scheduler role is to schedule diaries for the engineers and ensure products are serviced as per the company policy.
Day to day duties:
- Manage engineers
- Coordinate with customers and book in services
- Sort all the administration in the office
- Work with the administration team to support all customer needs
- Be pro active and have a good career drive
The ideal candidate for the role
- Have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Have some form of admin work experience preferably scheduling
- Have a pro active mind set
- Be career driven
- Drive and have your own transport
