KHR has an excellent opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join a leading E-commerce business in Paddock Wood on a temp to perm basis.

The main objective of the Production Supervisor will be to ensure that all orders are produced and packed to the highest specification and to focus on efficiency and costs. They will also be responsible for:

- Leading a team of packing operatives
- Training and guidance of staff
- Keeping a close eye on the running of production and ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
- Ensuring correct utilisation of man-power on each production line
- Daily labour planning (direct and agency)
- Liaising with Leadership Team on daily targets and deadlines

Person Specification:
- Previous production leadership experience
- Effective communication skills
- Good eye for detail
- Driving license and own transport due to shift times
