A new role! - Sales Administrator - A fantastic Opportunity!

My client is a local, family run manufacturing business based just outside of Maidstone.

Due to growth, they are seeking a motivated Sales Support Administrator to join their team.

Duties for this role include:

Processing orders & Invoicing on Sage 50
Processing payments.
Telephone and email correspondence to external and internal clients
Ensuring a high level of customer service when advising quotations/sales orders/invoicing/purchasing
Liaising with suppliers quotes for materials/services.
Offering a range of product advice to new clients/existing clients
To update and keep track of the internal CRM system (updating information)
To keep the dispatch paperwork organised
General administration duties.
Package Includes:

28 Days holiday including bank holidays.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Xmas break off.
Monday - Friday
Free Parking
Company bonus
