Greyfox are looking to add a new motivated listing negotiator/assistant branch manager to their team in Rainham.
This is a great opportunity to have a career with a family-owned, independent agency in an enjoyable working environment. We will consider applications from experienced individuals looking to move up or for a change of working environment, but we will also consider applications from people with useful and relevant skills gained in other industries, if they can demonstrate the right personality.
The role will primarily involve generating instructions for the branch with a proactive approach, building relationships, valuing properties and converting them to instructions for the sales team to sell.
The successful candidate will need to be articulate, confident, entertaining and charismatic, used to meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone whilst working comfortably as part of a close-knit team. They will also need to demonstrate general administration, IT and data input skills and be competent and accurate in the use of CMS systems. A good educational standard of English is also essential.
To be successful in this role you will need to be the type of person who genuinely feels uncomfortable if ‘things aren’t done properly’ and will not leave even the smallest tasks unfinished for the day.
The position also requires a full, clean UK licence and use of their own car, insured for business use and working a five-day week including Saturday.
