CXK is a leading charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to move into sustainable education, employment or training. Each year we make a difference to more than 50,000 people across the south-east.
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to run a range of our youth programmes across Kent. This includes our peer mentoring project Get Connected, the Kickstart programme and our own Basecamp Project. The post holder will need experience in managing staff and projects and have a good understanding of young people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
This post is fixed term until 31st March 2022.
