BAR / RESTAURANT ASSISTANTS REQUIRED -
We are looking for Experienced Front of House Service Staff to join our team at Upchurch River Valley Golf Course in both our busy Poolside Bar & Rivers Restaurant. We currently have various roles available and are looking for experienced Customer Service Assistants & Service Supervisors
The role of Customer Service Assistants includes:

• Greeting & seating customers
• Bar service
• Table service
• Effective communication with all customers & team members
• Preparing and clearing tables
• Maintaining standards of cleanliness
• Maintaining food hygiene standards

This is a demanding role, with the highest of standards expected at all times. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year’s experience of working in a busy Bar & Restaurant environment and demonstrate the following attributes:
• Reliability and flexibility
• The ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Experience of using tills although training will be be given
• The ability to work independently and under one's own initiative
• High standard of presentation
• Strong work ethic
• Cellar Management experience would also be desirable but not essential
• Previous experience of Weddings & Events service desirable but training will be given
With immediate starts available, we want to hear from experienced, committed team players with superior customer-service skills and intuitive in everything that they do. Good personal qualities are essential, together with an ability to work hard, quickly take responsibility, and develop additional skills. Weekend & evening work is a must as in any hospitality role.
