You will work with people living in Porchlight Supported accommodation and in community settings to prevent them from becoming homeless and rebuilding family relationships. You will provide the support they need to overcome the trauma of homelessness and rebuild their lives, including helping them with mental health and substance misuse, accessing housing benefits, getting into education and employment and setting up home.

The role requires:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Some knowledge / experience of working with homeless or vulnerable people however candidates without this experience / knowledge will - still be considered as full training and ongoing support will be provided
- Driver with own transport

Interview date: 21st May 2021
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Worked on a rota between 8am and 10.30pm inclusive of weekends and bank holidays
