The roles we want to fill are all about making AA better – helping us to ensure our business flows smoothly. The people who join us will help us provide the structure we need as we shift up a gear to grow with our enhanced client base.
The skills we seek include being able to schedule meetings, support crazy sales people, have fun with a team of owner Directors who value each of their staff, be able to assist with all the operational support elements you would expect in a sales and recruitment environment.

The role is varied and you will need to have good keyboard skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner, excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
The job is varied and encompasses all manner of administration work.
All our team enjoy our 25 days holiday plan, private healthcare and we continue to offer flexible working from home and the office, we have a number of social events which you are encouraged to join in with.
Our office sits within a lovely village and countryside environment with a local pub and coffee shops, for lunchtime shopping Sevenoaks and Westerham are within 15 minutes’ drive.
