Accounts Software Pre-Sales
Location: Kent, Remote WFH or a combination

This is a new and exciting opportunity to be a key part in the success of our client's company. The primary responsibilities are to provide the tools, training and pre-sales support required by the sales team for optimisation of sales. The role will make full use of your accounting knowledge, IT skills, training skills, product knowledge and client liaison skills.
The role will have a cross-departmental nature and will require collaboration with Account managers, Marketing and Sales development, Product managers, Trainers and the Client Services teams.

Responsibilities
· Prepare sales resources
· Sales and pre-sales support
· Marketing support including provision of collateral, blog writing, providing industry insight
· Ensure customer success
· Provide key metrics to maximise sales opportunities

Competencies
· Passionate about IT with a desire to help the end user work as simply and efficiently as possible
· Confidence in delivering presentations to clients and colleagues
· Creative problem-solving skills
· Open to providing and receiving constructive criticism
· A strong and clear communicator in both the verbal and written form

Experience
· Qualified/part-qualified by a recognised accounting body such as AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
· Client project experience, ideally in the financial systems or IT fields
· Experience as a financial/management accountant with year end accounts experience and/or audit
· Experience in the field of financial systems implementation
· Have strong Excel skills, particularly data handling/manipulation
