Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: £20-25K
Location: Folkestone
Our Accounting Division at Carlton Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity become available for an enthusiastic Bookkeeper to join our client at their Folkestone accountancy practice.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and management accounts for sole traders and limited companies.
Completion of VAT returns.
Operating some payroll and CIS for clients.
Helping other staff with the basic work on accounts preparation.
Sole trade accounts, training given
Answering the telephone and dealing with client’s queries.
Filing and other office administration where necessary.
Knowledge of Quickbooks and Xero an advantage
Support and training will be given on areas where applicant has limited experience.
Free staff car park
This is an office based role, remote work is not being offered at this time. The company are committed to offering a safe working environment while adhering to government guidelines in relation to Covid 19.
