Temporary Customer Service Agents

You will be working in bright modern open plan offices, close to the M20 with free parking on site. You will be joining a team of passionate, tenacious, customer service focused people. This is a busy Customer Service role where you will need to work to targets and deadlines.

After initial training based within the office, there will be the opportunity to work on an office/work from home rota.

Duties will include:

* Handling inbound and outbound Customer Service Calls (no Cold Calling)
* Offering advice and guidance to prospective and existing Customers
* Completing online forms with Customers, gathering sufficient information
* Entering and updating customer data on the Customer Management System
* Working to targets and service level agreements
* Using Microsoft Office and various IT systems

To be considered for this role you must be an excellent communicator who truly enjoys helping customers. Ideally you will come from a Customer Service telephone based background, be quick to learn new IT systems, have strong attention to detail and be happy working in a contact centre environment.

Working hours are:

37.5hrs a week, on a rota basis covering various shifts within the following hours:

Monday to Thursday - 8am to 8:30pm

Friday - 8am - 6pm

1 in 3 Saturdays - 9am to 1pm
