Location: Sittingbourne
We are currently looking for an experienced administrator for a company based within the heart of Sittingbourne. This position is varied therefore requires someone who can multi-task
Duties:
• Speaking with Engineers over the telephone and logging jobs onto the system
•Chasing quotes
•Entering time sheets onto the database and compiling reports
• Liaising with customer’s over the telephone and email
• Booking in the hire of machinery
• Relaying hire information to finance and Head Office
• Ad hoc administration
• Working as part of a small team
To apply:
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to multi-task within a busy environment
• Good sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• To be able to work as part of a team
Office Hours Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700
This is a varied and interesting role!
