Job Title: Call Centre Trainer
Location: Ashford
Salary: £28k - £30k
Hours: 40 hours per week. The Call Centre is open between the hours of Monday - Friday, 8am-9pm and weekends Saturday and Sunday 9am-8pm. Your hours will depend on the training programme you design and the induction of new day time/evening/weekend Call Centre Agents.
Benefits: 24 days annual leave, free parking, cinema vouchers, paid Christmas event in London (we'd love to tell you all about this!)

Responsibilities as a Trainer:
* Successfully designing and delivering all aspects of training within the call centre
* Designing client customer campaign training
* Providing call centre soft skill training, systems, regulatory information
* Conducting refresher sessions and staff development training
Skills & attributes required for this position:
* Previous training experience
* Experience working in a call centre
* Proven track record in design of training modules
* Experience in using technology to develop and deliver innovative learning packages (Microsoft software, leaning platforms and online learning tools
