Paraplanner

Mid Kent

Mon-Thurs - 8am-5:45pm

£30k -£45k DOE



Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Paraplanner to work for a well-established and professional company. The perfect candidate will be used to working in fast paced environments and will be enthusiastic and willing to learn.



Main Duties:

* Reporting to the Practice Support Manager
* Collating client information and preparing suitability letters
* Preparing illustrations and reports for client meetings
* Managing cases to timely completion and working with internal processing systems
* Providing technical support as needed to the Practice
* Ensuring that the business obtained is being processed compliantly
* Liaising with colleagues and third parties daily



You will be given full training on in-house IT systems



Key Attributes:

The successful candidate will possess:

* Level 4 diploma qualification, or well on their way to achieving this
* You will need to have experience in a Paraplanning role relating to the administration of Pension/Investment products in a fast-pace practice
* You will have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs
* You are highly organised
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally as you will be dealing with clients and third parties
* You own your own car and have a driving licence due to our rural location
* You are comfortable with dogs in the office!
