Sales Administrator

£24,000 per annum (increasing to £25K, following 3month probation) + Company Bonus

Paddock Wood

Hours: 9-5pm. (Office and Remote Mix)

Benefits: 20days + BH (+2 days at xmas), Pension, Parking, Bonus (Quarterly and Annual), Healthcare options.

Office Angels have the pleasure of working with this award winning and innovative organisation in Paddock Wood. They are looking to expand their team and due to an internal promotion are now looking for a new Sales Co-ordinator / Administrator to join their busy team. If you have proven sales support administration skills, can produce quotations, follow up on enquiries, build client relationships all within a supportive team environment then we want to hear from you..

Using your excellent administration skills, ability to manage your workload effectively and superb communications skills, you will complete a variety of tasks in this role alongside a supportive and talented team.

This well established business boast an excellent client base to include English Heritage, TFL and Warner Bros. Studio. The products they sell make a huge difference to their customers and having been in the industry for over 40 years, they are going from strength to strength! They are members of a number of industry bodies and have various industry accreditation's. What does the role involve?

* Creating and sending out quotations
* Provide dedicated sales support/administration to the Key Account Managers
* Placing sales orders on the system
* Quotation follow ups and reminders
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system for your client interactions
* Providing an office based point of contact for clients
* Answering inbound calls and emails from both existing and new clients.
* Identifying new business opportunities from inbound sales opportunities for the Key Account Managers
* Building strong client relationships within your aligned sectors through telephone and email

What You Will Demonstrate?

* An enthusiastic and self-motivated person looking to expand their sales experience; previous sales support / administration skills will be required
* A fast learner with a positive attitude.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good communicator with excellent telephony skills and the ability to create and develop strong relationships.
* A team mentality, helping to maintain the fun, upbeat team atmosphere.
* Savvy IT skills - including knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Experience of CRM systems preferred but not essential.
