Duties will include;
* Negotiating prompt payments
* Reconciling customer accounts
* Analyze assigned portfolios
* Monitor daily credit hold reports
* Process final demand letters
* Process credit balance refunds
The ideal candidate will have business to business collections experience, strong communication skills and strong analytical skills.
