Are you committed to delivering excellent customer service?

If you have a proven track record in delivering positive outcomes for customers and an ability to manage customer expectations with excellent communication skills, then this could be a great opportunity for you to join our Customer Service Sales team.

With experience of using Telephony and CRM systems you'll provide a high quality inbound and outbound service through telephony, postal, email and other multi-channel platforms such as Web services and self-service portals.

You'll take ownership of customer enquiries and be effective, proactive and positive in your approach, ensuring correct information is given and that queries are dealt with efficiently in line with targets.

Using your excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise your own workload you'll carry out a range of administrative tasks whilst communicating with customers and liaising with colleagues as required.With experience of working in a fast-paced or sales related customer services environment, you'll be able to manage or resolve complaints effectively and sensitively and act as first point of contact where possible.

Proficient in using Microsoft packages, such as Outlook, Excel and Word, you'll work well within a team environment and demonstrate a professional and approachable attitude.

Week 1 - Monday to Friday

Week 2 - Tuesday to Saturday

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm

Saturday - 10am to 4pm



Applicants must be able to travel across regions as required.
