We are working with a family-owned, well-established company in the Sittingbourne area who are growing and adding to their customer service team. We are seeking candidates with exemplary customer service skills and the ability to reassure and offer first class service at all times.
Responsibilities:
* Personalise welcome calls for new and existing customers
* Liaising with customers and engineers to ensure smooth running of daily operations
* Manage and coordinate Engineer's diaries
* Log customer calls ensuring customer priorities are met
* Maintain and build good relations with both new and existing clients
* Update clients with outcomes following visits from Engineers
* Arrange appointments with clients
Key skills/Experience:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service role
* Customer focused
* Excellent time management
* Team player
Benefits include £22,000 - £24,000 depending upon experience, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, parking, a company pension scheme and the opportunity to join a warm, friendly customer service team.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 with a one hour lunch break.
