Packing Operative

Mid Kent

£18,6500 + £600 annual twilight allowance

Monday to Friday



A great opportunity has arisen for a reliable and enthusiastic Packing Operative looking for a long-term position with a sought-after employer.



This role is integral to the company, and therefore requires someone who genuinely takes pride in delivering exceptional service and can maintain high standards.

Duties include:

* Packing and palletising products.
* Keeping machinery clean.
* Removing waste from production lines.
* Stretch wrapping and machine filling packing materials.
* Assisting Machine Operators.



The successful candidate will have/be:

* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within food manufacturing.
* A fantastic attitude to work and the desire to maintain high standards personally and professionally.
* A good level of written and spoken English.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comfortable following management instructions and processes.
* An understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace.
