We are seeking two team leaders for our client based at Chatham Docks.
Duties:
* Working AM and PM shifts
* Ensuring your team of up to 20 agency staff keep to their working times and are efficient.
*Work with the Supervisors/Managers and taking part in regular site meetings
* Monitor agency performance and communicate with the agencies involved.
* Dealing with Health and Safety issues and staff discipline if required.
10 hour shifts day shift or evening shift
