Great opportunity for someone with exceptional customer service skills who has experience of managing all calls and emails effectively, efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
This includes managing workloads in accordance with department guidelines ensuring there are no broken promises to customers and consistently demonstrating the guiding principle of "nothing is too much trouble" in every customer contact.
The Individual
* A good working knowledge of building materials, hand & power tools, power tool accessories and fixings is desirable.
* Previous telephone and/or customer service experience with a strong customer service ethos.
* Excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
* Well-developed keyboard and PC skills
* Organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Ability to work to high degree of accuracy.
* A team player who is self-motivated to achieve great results.
40 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends and late shifts. Ideally a car driver your own transport due to location and late shifts. The role offers £20,800/annum, the opportunity to join a friendly well established business and team
