Huntress are currently recruiting for an Mortgage Processor to join our client based in Rochester on a permanent basis.
The role
* Handling all calls, letters and emails from clients ensuring that they are dealt with in the set deadlines given
* Ensure that all documentation is scanned and filed and placed onto the system
* Ensure all complex queries are dealt with and escalated to the correct department as required
* Complete general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience with handling calls
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Attention to detail
