Underwriting Assistant Essex to £27,000



Leading Underwriting Agency based in Essex have a new role for an Underwriting Assistant to work within their HMW motor department. This role will involve full support to assist underwriters with administrating of the Insurance requirements of our brokers and to assist with the day to day functioning of the business.

* Underwrite mid-term activity for existing clients & assist Underwriters when necessary with new business enquiries
* Handler renewals, adjustments and queries
* Participate & undertake applicable professional, technical & career development training (delivered internally & externally) as appropriate
* Assist with training colleagues of a similar role including systems & processes
* Engage in discussions for improvements to our business
